At Hampton Holistic Center we wish everyone to have a positive and rewarding experience. Bearing that in mind, we've established a few guidelines to ensure that both you and our staff are treated with fairness and respect. Cancellation Policy

We truly believe that our services are an important part of a healthy lifestyle. To that end, we encourage you to prioritize your appointments. If you do need to cancel, we ask that you give us at least 24-hour's notice so we can offer that time slot to another client. Please note that appointments canceled with less than 24-hour's notice will incur a $25 cancellation fee (the cancellation fee is only $10 for members of the Frequent Massage Program). 


You can cancel or reschedule directly from your appointment confirmation or reminder email. You can also call or text 412-486-1829. 



We understand that life happens...traffic...accidents...sick kids... etc. If you happen to be running late, please let us know ASAP by calling 412-486-1829. Depending on the schedule, we may or may not be able to give you the full appointment time. Out of respect for your therapist/coach's time, however, payment in full is still expected at the conclusion of the service. If a therapist or coach is running late, you will receive your full time if it fits into your schedule or you will be compensated for that time with a gift certificate for use at your next appointment.

No Shows


Again we understand that life happens, but please call us at 412-486-1829. If you fail to show up for your appointment without letting us know, you will be considered a "no show" and you will be invoiced via Square for the $35 no-show fee. If you've had more than two "no shows", you may be asked to prepay for subsequent appointments.
